Turn the “wheel of history” in 90 minutes, dance in the walk-in disco ball or discover the history of the place through the telescopes from the windows of the Humboldt Forum: The tour presents the historically and currently globally networked Berlin in a dialogical and interactive way.

Spatial installations and exciting stories provide a varied introduction to seven different themed worlds in Berlin. Special objects and installations surprise visitors in every room: In the middle of BERLIN GLOBAL stands a rusty vault door weighing tons. What does this two-meter tall object tell us about dispossession and persecution and why is it also a symbol of the party scene of the 1990s? It is also worth taking a look up to the ceiling at the original lamps of the Palast der Republik: how did Berliners enjoy themselves here 40 years ago?
