This year’s season at the open-air museum comes to an end with a varied programme on admission-free Museum Sunday. You can expect guided tours on topics relating to the Middle Ages and a live speaker who will tell children and adults how people dyed their clothes in the Middle Ages. At the fairytale tent, juggler Astor Ytellar presents magical fairytales.
For the St Martin’s festival, which we celebrate in the museum village on 9 November, you can make your own lanterns from a wide range of materials for a small fee. If you like magic, you can make your own magic wand and take it home with you. And for the hungry, we offer crispy bread on a stick by the open fire.
