This day is all about children’s rights. What are the UN children’s rights? What do they protect against, what do they allow? And do all children have the same rights? In an exciting rally and in guided tours, families will get to the bottom of these questions.

Programme:
At the WELTSTUDIO
- Print workshop: Get creative and print postcards and fabric bags
- Weave in children’s rights: Try out our large and small looms and weave little animals
- Get to know children’s rights: Talk to UNICEF staff about children’s rights
In the lounge next to the WELTSTUDIO
- Book journey: Curl up on the cushions in the cosy lounge and listen to exciting stories (12 – 3 pm)
Information
This event is aimed at a young audience. Due to the limited seating capacity, we therefore ask for your understanding that the Drag Story Hour may only be attended by adults accompanied by a child.
Throughout the exhibition
- Follow in the footsteps of children’s rights in the exhibition and dance in the giant disco ball
- Take a guided tour of BERLIN GLOBAL with the whole family at 1 pm, 2 pm and 3 pm (meeting point in the WELTSTUDIO at the giant loom)

- Adults and families discover the basics of children’s book illustration with artist Katrin Merle (recommended for ages 8 and up; 1 to 2.30 pm, 3 to 4.30 pm)
